Narrow footed vessel with wooden base, inspired by neolithic vessels found on Ynys Mon and drawing on the mid-century studio ceramics explored by Hans Coper. Believed to be Ash. The vessel shows exaggerated tool marks near the rim, reminiscent of neolithic forms on display at Oriel Mon, Llangefni, Ynys Mon. The wide fissure is likely to develop further over time as it ages into its final shape.
